Is the equipment free?
A qualified project does not require an upfront equipment purchase. Your payment follows the long-term energy-service agreement, where we define the tariff or service fee, contract term, responsibilities and ownership clearly before you sign.
Does every site qualify?
No. Eligibility depends on load profile, tariff structure, site conditions, electrical infrastructure, credit and contract terms, regulatory approvals and project economics. We assess each site individually and do not guarantee qualification before completing that review.
Who owns the equipment?
Equipment ownership is defined in the project agreement. Typically MOLETONG Indonesia retains ownership during the contract term. End-of-term treatment -- including transfer options -- is specified in the contract.
Who maintains the system?
We define maintenance and service levels in the contract. Our Indonesia team generally handles monitoring, scheduled maintenance and agreed reactive support; you provide safe site access and let us know promptly when an issue appears.
How much will we save on electricity?
Share your actual bills, interval load data and tariff information with us. We will build a site-specific financial model, show you every important assumption and explain the projected value before you commit.
Can solar (PV) or EV charging be included?
Potentially. Whether PV generation, EV charging infrastructure or other components can be included depends on technical feasibility, site conditions, regulatory requirements and commercial viability. This is assessed as part of the project development phase.
What happens at the end of the contract?
End-of-term treatment -- including equipment removal, transfer, or contract extension options -- is defined in the project agreement. This is discussed and agreed before signing.
How long does the assessment take?
Assessment timeline depends on the completeness of data provided and site complexity. Providing complete documentation at the outset significantly reduces review time. Our team will communicate expected timelines after initial data review.
